Who is responsible

Zyrix Technologies Inc., a company incorporated in Delaware, USA, operates this website under the AIR NEXUS brand and is responsible for the personal data described in this notice.

What we receive

The website has no accounts, no sign-up and no contact form. We receive personal data only when you write to us by email at hello@airnexus.co: your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical request data such as the IP address, the page requested and the browser type in order to deliver the website and keep it secure.

What we do not do

The website sets no advertising or tracking cookies, loads no third-party trackers and loads no fonts from third-party servers. We do not profile visitors and we do not sell personal data.

Why we use it and for how long

We use your message to reply to you and to follow up on your request. We keep it for as long as the conversation needs it and as the law requires, and then delete it.

Hosting logs are kept by the provider for the periods it sets for its own security and operations.

Your rights

You may ask us for access to your personal data, for its correction or deletion, for its processing to be restricted, or you may object to it. You may also complain to your data protection authority. To use any of these rights, write to hello@airnexus.co.
